Barrister Ashraful stabbed by lawyer in Supreme Court room
Barrister Md. Ashraful Islam was stabbed by another lawyer in the Supreme Court Bar Association. He was rushed to a hospital in the capital.
The incident took place in room no. 2005 of Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque Bhaban of the Bar Association after 12:30 pm on Thursday (August 22).
“I was sitting in my room. At that time, a lawyer named Advocate Abdul Qayyum stabbed me,” Barrister Md. Ashraful Islam told journalists, in a bloody condition.
