For the speedy development of Bangladesh economy by the New Interim Govt., The Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) has organized a seminar focusing “A forward-looking economic cooperation model between Korea & Bangladesh”.
The distinguished panel of speakers, presenters and guests at the event were as follows:Chief Guest: Mr. Adilur Rahman Khan, Adviser to the Interim Government of Bangladesh, Ministry of Industries, Housing & Public Works, Special Guest: Mr. Ashik Chowdhury, Executive Chairman of BIDA & BEZA Opening Remarks by Mr. Zaved Akhtar, President of FICCI, Special Remarks by Mr. Shahab Uddin Khan, President of KBCCI Presentation by Mr. Samsoo Kim, Director General, Presentation by H.E. Mr. Park Young-sik, Honorable Ambassador of Korean in Bangladesh.
Presentations by Korean Garment Enterprise, Korean- Samsung Electronics, Korean KExim Bank, Korean KIND, Honorable Directors of KBCCI, Azm Azizur Rahman Chairman, Investors Sarvice Co.Ltd also spoken & graced the occasion.
In his remarks, KBCCI President Mr. Shahab Uddin Khan expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Embassy of Korea and FICCI for organizing such a significant seminar in these challenging times. He emphasized on the history of two nations and also importance of further fostering cooperation between our two countries.
We believe such seminars will open up more opportunities for investment, growth and cooperation between Korea and Bangladesh resulting in sustainable economic development of Bangladesh.Also, initiatives like this will continue to pave the way for further investments, partnerships, and mutual success.
We look forward to Korean continued support and active participation as we work together to enhance Korea-Bangladesh economic relations.
