March demands Sirajganj Express train’s resumption

A cultural march was brought out from the Market Station area of the district town on Tuesday morning to demand the resumption of the Sirajganj Express train which was stopped on August 4 during the anti-discrimination student movement.
The march paraded the main roads of the town and ended at the same place. Organized by Sirajganj District Jasas, BNP Central Executive Committee Member and District BNP General Secretary Saidur Rahman Bachchu was present as the chief guest in the march.
District Basad Convener Nabakumar Karmakar, former Sirajganj Press Club president Harun-Or Rashid Khan Hasan and leaders of various cultural, social and political organizations were present in the march.
