New Hathazari Model PS OC meets with journalists

Ahsan Habib, the new officer-in-charge (OC) of Hathazari Model Police Station, had a courtesy call and exchange of views with the Hathazari Press Club leaders of the district at the police station on Tuesday noon.
At that time, OC Ahsan Habib said, “Journalists are friends of police. Everyone's cooperation is needed to maintain law and order. I urge the journalists to cooperate with the police by providing factual news.”
Among the journalists present in the exchange of views were Hathazari Press Club President Mohammad Jahangir Alam, Vice-President Ataur Rahman, General Secretary Bablu Dash, Organizing Secretary Md Ali, and Members Nakib Chowdhury and Md Shoaib.
It may be noted that the new OC Ahsan Habib was earlier working as an SI in Hathazari Model Police Station in 2013-14. After that he joined a police station in Cumilla District as OC (Investigation). After that he worked in various police stations. After being promoted as OC, he took charge from OC (Investigation) Nurul Alam and joined Hathazari Model Police Station last September 6.
