Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has no immediate plans to leave India, said her son Sajeeb Wazed Joy. Talking to the media on Monday night, Joy said that the news published that my mother had left India is not correct. She is still staying in India.

Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister in the face of the mass uprising of students and fled to India. There are many questions about her location in other countries. Earlier, he said there are no decisions in place for Sheikh Hasina to travel to another country at this time. Sheikh Hasina has no pressure to leave India. Sajib Wazed Joy spoke to Times magazine on October 3 about Sheikh Hasina's participation in the National Assembly elections. Joy says that “no decisions have been made” regarding whether Hasina would return to stand in elections. Joy hasn’t decided yet whether to enter the fray. “I’ve never had political ambition,” he shrugs. “But given the current scenario, who knows? I haven’t made any decision,” he added.
