Training on high value crops held in Sreemangal

Organized by the Sreemangal Upazila Agriculture Department, a one-day non-group based farmer training on high value crop cultivation and various crop production systems under the Sylhet Region Agricultural Development through Modern Technology project was held at the Upazila Agriculture Office's Farmer Training Center on Tuesday at 10 am.
Moulvibazar Agriculture Department Deputy Director Md Shamsuddin Ahmed was the chief guest in the training while Additional Deputy Director Nilufar Yasmin Monalisa Sweety was the special guest.
District Training Officer Jalal Uddin Sarkar, Upazila Agriculture Officer Agriculturist Md Mohiuddin, Agricultural Extension Officer Ujjal Sutradhar, and Sub-Assistant Agriculture Officer Md Masukur Rahman were present as resource persons in the training. Sixty farmers from three villages of Bhunbir Union of the upazila participated in the training.
